Has anyone else looked into the theory that Carl might have had plans to travel out of town the day he disappeared? I came across a comment from one of his old friends in a local newspaper archive mentioning that he had talked about exploring new places, though nothing was confirmed. It's got me thinking, could he have left Camden intentionally for some reason, and something unexpected happened along the way? It would fit with him not contacting anyone if he planned a short trip and something went wrong. There are so many possibilities, and sharing even the smallest details might help stitch together the bigger picture. Anybody have more info on this, or is it one of those dead-end rumors?
Hi everyone,
I've been following Carl Harvis's case for a while and something that stands out to me is the lack of information about his day-to-day life leading up to July 7, 1985. Does anyone here have any insight into what Carl's routine was like during that time? Was he involved in any clubs, local gyms, or community activities where he might have interacted with people who could shed more light on his movements? It seems like knowing more about his social circles or even just his favorite hangout spots could help connect a few dots. Just wondering if anyone has come across any old news clippings or personal anecdotes that might give us more context about his life around that time.
Also, has there been any talk about revisiting the old witness statements or doing a fresh round of interviews with people who might have known him back then? Maybe someone remembers something new after all these years, especially with how memories can be jogged by current events or personal milestones. Keeping hope alive that any small detail, no matter how minor it seemed back then, could eventually crack this case wide open. Thoughts?
