Hey everyone, I’ve been following Matthew’s case closely and something's been bugging me about the river conditions around the Parks Highway bridge. Has anyone looked into whether there were any anomalies or sudden changes in water levels around the time he was paddling? I know rivers can be unpredictable, but I’m wondering if there might have been a surge or something that could have caught him off guard. Maybe there’s a local expert out there who knows more about the Big Susitna River’s behavior during that time of year? Any insights or thoughts would be much appreciated. Stay safe, everyone!
