Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Aaron Alex Flores and his unsolved case from 2002. It's so distressing to know that his family has been waiting for answers all these years. I recently read that the area where he was killed had numerous instances of violence even back then. I can't help but wonder if the environment contributed to what happened to him. Living in a place with frequent violence must be incredibly challenging and frightening. It makes me think about what we can do to improve community safety so that young lives like Aaron's aren't cut short. I'm hoping that with all the advances in forensic technology over the past couple of decades, maybe there's a chance that new leads could be found. If anyone has any thoughts on how communities can become more proactive in supporting unsolved cases or improving neighborhood safety, I'd love to hear them. It's vital that we find ways to support Aaron’s family and others affected by such senseless violence. Thoughts and prayers to his loved ones.
