I’ve been following the case of Sherman Jr. Carrothers, and I feel for his family so much. It’s hard to comprehend someone with such a kind reputation meeting such a tragic end. What strikes me most is he was just coming home from visiting his mom. It seems like the burglars had no regard for life whatsoever. The police mentioned the lack of suspects, which makes me wonder about the state of crime in Baltimore at the time and how these burglars slipped away so easily. It’s devastating for the community and especially his loved ones, knowing the people who did this haven’t been caught. Has there been any news on whether the police found new leads or anything? I sincerely hope his family finds some peace and justice soon.
