I can’t stop thinking about the impact on Daniel's family and close friends. Losing someone so young and in such a violent way is unimaginably difficult. What weighs on me is the silence surrounding the investigation. Were there no witnesses, or is it just that no one's been willing to step forward? I know that Boyle Heights has its challenges, but surely someone must have seen or heard something. If someone is holding back information, it’s important to remember the humanity and life lost and the pain being carried by those who loved Daniel. It would mean the world to his family to get some closure and justice. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small it seems, maybe it’s time to speak up—anonymously, if necessary. Perhaps that one piece of information could change everything.
