Has anyone looked into the possibility of gang activity playing a role in Francisco Javier Zaturain's tragic death? I know the community of Paramount has often been impacted by gang-related incidents, and sometimes this aspect gets overlooked if there’s no immediate evidence linking the crime to gangs.
