I can't stop thinking about the details surrounding Teresa Ortiz's tragic case. Something that's been gnawing at me is the fact that the shooting happened in such a residential area like the 15000 block of Bassett Street. It's one of those places you wouldn't expect something like this to happen, right? Does anyone know if there was any community surveillance or cameras in the area back in 2008? It just seems like there might have been something that could have captured the incident or the PT Cruiser. It’s frustrating to think that a potential lead could have slipped through the cracks simply because of missing footage.
