Hey everyone, I've been following this case for a while, and something that's been on my mind is the role of community cooperation in these investigations. I know the detectives canvassed the neighborhood and did a lot of interviews right after Steven's murder, but I'm curious how much local residents were willing to come forward. I understand that sometimes people are scared of retribution or may not trust the police, especially in areas where crime is an unfortunate reality. But in cases like this, where so much time has passed and there are still no arrests, community input can make such a difference. If anyone from Pomona or familiar with the area can shed light on how the community has responded or if there have been any neighborhood efforts to support the investigation, I'd love to hear about it. My condolences to Steven's family and friends. I really hope that someone out there remembers something or feels moved to share information that could lead to closure for everyone involved.

Does anyone else find it puzzling how quiet the neighborhood seems to be about this case? I know it can be challenging to deal with such a traumatizing event, but I can't help but think someone must have seen or heard something that could help the investigation. It's a close-knit area, and people tend to notice when something's off. Maybe there's been a shift in the community's makeup over the years? I hope that whoever might be holding onto information finds the courage to come forward for Steven's family's sake. They deserve answers, and the community owes it to them to help where they can. Keeping faith that one day justice will prevail. Thoughts?
