Has anyone ever looked into possible sightings of Donnell Cadmey outside of Missouri? I know it's been over two decades since he disappeared, but I'm curious if there were any unconfirmed reports from nearby states or anywhere further out. Given that he had physical and mental disabilities, it might be plausible that he could have ended up in a situation far from home without the ability to reach out for help. Sometimes, people are discovered in different jurisdictions and can't communicate their identity, especially if they're older cases. Just wondering if anyone has ever thought about widening the search area beyond state lines or if there was ever any initiative like that in the early 2000s. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts or past experiences dealing with multi-state missing persons efforts.

Wow, just came across Donnell Cadmey's case - I hadn't realized it's been over 20 years. It is so unsettling how someone can just vanish without a trace, especially someone who might have needed more assistance due to physical and mental disabilities. I was wondering if anyone knows more about the initial steps taken in his case. Were there any extensive searches conducted locally around St. Louis when he first went missing? Sometimes local knowledge or people on the ground can provide details that aren’t in the press. I'm curious if any community efforts were set up that focused on spreading awareness back in 2000, considering how different things were without social media. Thoughts anyone?
