I came across an article recently mentioning the legal struggles in the Oikos University case, and it got me thinking about how frustrating it must be for the families, especially Sonam Choedon's. I can't imagine having to wait for years to see justice while coping with such a loss. The delays due to questions about Goh's mental competency must be so taxing on everyone involved. It highlights how complex the legal system can be when mental health is a factor. My heart goes out to her family, who not only had to process their grief but also navigate this drawn-out legal battle. Does anyone else feel like there needs to be a more efficient way to handle these cases, balancing mental health concerns and the need for justice?
