Has anyone else thought about the strange location where Ruthanne Ruppert's backpack was found? It was miles off from where she was supposed to be hiking. Given that she was an experienced hiker, it makes you wonder why she would have ended up there. Could she have gotten disoriented because of her eye infection, or maybe there was some other reason she deviated from her planned route? Also curious about what condition the backpack was in when it was found. It's so eerie that there's been nothing else uncovered in the years since. It’s almost as if she just disappeared without a trace. Thoughts?
