Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Laderick Lee Rogers and Terrill Marquis Thomas and can't help but think about the implications of the hit-and-run incident that happened just minutes after the shooting. It's puzzling how it all seems so connected yet there's no solid evidence tying it to the murders. Given how close in time and location the hit-and-run was, could it have been a getaway strategy gone wrong? Or maybe it was a random accident that just happened to occur nearby?
I feel for Rogers' family and especially his grandmother—it must be incredibly difficult to process such a sudden loss with so many unanswered questions. The thought of any potential witnesses who might hold crucial information but are too afraid to speak up is frustrating. It makes me wonder what more can be done to encourage people to come forward safely. It's been years, and their loved ones deserve answers and closure.
Would love to hear if anyone has theories on how the hit-and-run might fit into the overall timeline of events or if it's truly unrelated. Let's hope the case can eventually be resolved.
Stay safe, everyone.
I can't stop thinking about those two law students who had such a close call that night. Imagine just studying at home, maybe getting ready for finals or unwinding after a long day, and then suddenly having a bullet fly through your window. It must have been terrifying. I'm sure they're grateful they weren't physically hurt, but the emotional impact of something like that sticks with you. I hope they're able to find some peace.
It's so frustrating to see how this affects not just the direct victims and their loved ones, but also the whole community. I keep hoping someone will remember something or come forward with a tip. It’s hard to accept that this could happen, and the people responsible are still out there. It's a reminder of how much we need to look out for one another and push for safer neighborhoods. My thoughts are with the families of Laderick and Terrill, as well as with Vincent Dean as he recovers.
