Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the investigation into Damien King's tragic death and wanted to bring up something that I feel maybe hasn't been discussed enough. I've read that there were quite a few people at that house party on Terminal Avenue the night Damien was shot. It's just so disconcerting that, despite the number of attendees, nobody seems to have seen or heard anything concrete that could lead to a breakthrough. I can't help but wonder if peer pressure or fear of retaliation might be keeping witnesses silent. It's a small community, and I imagine that coming forward with information might be terrifying for some. However, I read that Crime Stoppers is a great resource for anonymously reporting tips, and it really might be the safest way to help out without drawing attention to oneself. The pain of losing a young life is one thing, but the thought of Damien's family not getting the closure they deserve must be incredibly heavy. If you're from the area and know someone who attended the party, maybe gently encourage them to come forward—anonymously if they need to. Every little detail could be crucial for piecing together what happened that night. Hoping for justice for Damien and comfort for his loved ones. ?️

I was scrolling through some old threads and came across Damien King's case. It's just so heavy to think about how an 18-year-old's life was cut so short. Something that struck me about this case is the environment of fear and chaos after the shooting. It's really tough that so many attendees fled the scene, which really complicates things for investigators who are doing their best to piece together what happened that night. I truly wonder, how did the atmosphere of that party contribute to people leaving rather than helping? Were there other incidents in the area that made people fearful of speaking up? It breaks my heart to think of Damien’s family still waiting for answers all these years later. It makes you hope that someone, somewhere, decides to do the right thing and come forward with information. If anyone here is from the Riverbank area or knows someone who was around back then, even the smallest detail could be crucial. Let’s all keep Damien and his family in our thoughts, and never stop hoping for justice.

I’ve been following Damien King’s case for a while now, and something that stands out to me is the role of the community in all of this. It’s really troubling to think how many people might have been at that party and could possibly hold crucial information. I can't imagine the pain Damien's loved ones are going through, knowing there are people out there who might have seen or heard something but have stayed silent. It’s such a small town, and I keep hoping someone’s conscience will lead them to speak up. If you were there or know someone who was, even the slightest detail could be what finally brings some answers to Damien’s family. It’s never too late to do the right thing.
