I recently came across the case of Isaac Paez and couldn’t help but feel for his family and friends. It’s so frustrating to see how someone’s life can be cut short by such senseless violence. The details of the aftermath are particularly troubling. Can you imagine the agony of waiting for answers that never come? The fact that no arrests have been made yet is incredibly disheartening. I truly hope that someone from the community finds it in their heart to step forward with any information that could help bring justice to Isaac and his loved ones. It’s tough to think about all the promising futures [affected] by the wave of violence in Desert Hot Springs back in 2014. I really hope the police continue to push through the challenges in this investigation and eventually bring some closure to Isaac’s family. Thoughts go out to them during this difficult time.
