Hi everyone,
I've been delving into the Enriquez case, and something has been bothering me about the drawings and letters found under Martinez’s mattress. It’s really chilling to think about the amount of time and energy he must have spent on creating those. It makes me wonder if any warning signs were overlooked or if those close to him noticed any red flags but didn’t know how to interpret them.
We often hear people say "if you see something, say something," but it's so hard to discern when something is just someone venting frustration versus when it might be an indication of something more sinister. My heart goes out to Leila Farmer and Eufracio's family for what they went through. I hope that in the aftermath of such tragedies, discussions about recognizing and reporting concerning behaviors become more prevalent.
Did anyone else find it strange how incriminating those drawings were, and yet it wasn’t until after the crime that they were discovered? Would love to hear your thoughts.
