Has anyone considered the possibility that James Neil Carr might have left voluntarily? I know it seems unlikely given his medical issues, but sometimes we overlook simple explanations. The fact that he was last seen at the Oak Lane Trailer Park makes me wonder if he had any ties there that may have led him to just start over someplace new. It's a long shot, I know, especially with the lack of resources and medical challenges he faced. But sometimes these cases aren't always about foul play. Does anyone know if he carried cash or if he had any close friends or acquaintances in the area who might have helped him leave? Just trying to explore every angle here.
