I was reading about Steven Joseph Ruiz's case, and one thing that caught my attention was the location of the shooting in Lincoln Heights. It’s unsettling to think about how someone could be targeted in broad daylight like that, and with no clear motive or suspect. The uncertainty must be so hard for his family. I can only imagine the pain his wife and sons are going through, especially when there are still so many unanswered questions. It really highlights how random and senseless violence can be. Having grown up near the area, I'm familiar with the strong sense of community there, and I hope someone steps forward with information that can bring some clarity and justice for Ruiz and his loved ones. It's so important for us as a community to support one another in times like these and work together to find answers.
