Did anyone else notice the oddity about Gwendolyn Carswell's case regarding the timing? I've been looking into some details and realized she disappeared exactly around a major event in D.C. That was the same week as the Black Family Reunion Celebration on the National Mall, a prominent event back then. I'm wondering if anyone's considered that kind of large gathering as a potential factor. Maybe there were witnesses or people around who saw something unusual. With such a high concentration of people in that area, it could have provided both opportunities and challenges in the search for answers. Anyone else think this angle might be worth pursuing or has anyone heard any updates from the time about it? It's frustrating when cases like these seem to hit so many walls despite the community efforts.
