I’ve been closely following the case of the person who went missing after falling overboard while trying to untangle fishing lines. Something that stands out to me is the location—Middle Rock, right between Potato Point and Sawmill Bay. Does anyone else find it odd how those fishing lines got so tangled in the first place? I’ve fished in that area a few times and know there's always talk among locals about the tricky currents. Could it have been a sudden current that led to the lines getting knotted up, or is there something else going on here? I'm curious about the weather conditions at the time too. Anyone from the area with more info? It feels crucial to understand what kind of challenges might have been faced out there.

I was just thinking about the circumstances surrounding the incident near Middle Rock. Does anyone know if there were any other boats around that could have seen something? With the ocean currents in that area, it seems like it would be easy to get swept away really quickly. I'm curious if anyone familiar with the local waters has any thoughts on how fast they might have drifted or if there's a particular spot those currents tend to carry people. It just seems like everything happened so fast, and I'm wondering if there's a chance someone saw something and didn’t realize it was part of this case. Any insights would be appreciated.
