Has anyone else been digging into Charles Edward Billings' case and found anything about the military area he disappeared in? I'm curious about how accessible it was back in 2006. His friend managed to return safely, but how did they both end up there to begin with? It's strange that his ATV turned up with no other trace of him. Considering it's a military zone, wouldn't there have been some security or surveillance? It seems like there should be more leads with that kind of location involved. I'm hoping someone with local knowledge or access to old maps might shed some light. Any thoughts?

I came across Charles Edward Billings' case and can't help but wonder about the circumstances surrounding the military area where he disappeared. It's so strange that his friend made it back, but Eddie didn't, and then they found his ATV but nothing else. Does anyone know if there have been searches conducted in nearby areas or if there's any restricted access that might have hindered finding more evidence? Considering it's been so long since 2006, I'm curious if any locals remember additional details or rumors from around Niland at that time. It's puzzling that despite suspicions of foul play, so little has been uncovered. Sometimes talking to people who were in the area back then can offer new perspectives or jog memories that might help the case.
