I was reading about Wilson Boynton's disappearance and something that piqued my curiosity was the condition of his boat, the *Jeannie B.*, when it was discovered. It was reported to be fully functional, without signs of distress or damage. For someone as experienced as Boynton, it doesn't add up. Any thoughts on what might have caused him to leave his boat like that? Could there have been any potential equipment failure that wouldn't leave obvious signs on the vessel? Or perhaps some kind of medical emergency that led to him falling overboard? It's so perplexing considering his knowledge of the area.
