I was reading about the Alfonso Ortiz case and can't stop thinking about the laundromat where it happened. It's unsettling to imagine such a violent act occurring in a place so many of us visit regularly. Knowing Alfonso was just walking through, probably going about his evening routine, when his life was senselessly taken is chilling. It really makes you question what triggers such extremities in people. It's been years, and yet there seem to be no answers for his family, no peace for those who knew him. If anyone out there holds even a fragment of knowledge, no matter how small it might seem, I hope they find it in their heart to share it. It just might be the piece needed to solve this puzzle and bring some solace to his loved ones.
