I've been thinking a lot about the discovery of Juan Carlos Perez's remains at that abandoned property in Rosamond in 2018. It just seems like such a significant find, yet it feels like everything about this case is stuck in limbo. Why weren't any additional charges brought against William Patterson, especially after they linked those remains to Juan? It's unsettling to think that there are still so many unanswered questions. I keep wondering if there's someone out there with crucial information who hasn't come forward yet. It's hard to imagine what Juan's family must be going through after all these years without closure. If anyone has any thoughts on why things are at a standstill or any theories on other possible suspects, I'd love to hear them.
