I've been following the case of CJ Stewart, and my thoughts are really with his family at this time. I can't imagine the pain they must be going through. What really caught my attention was the fact that witnesses came forward to identify Michael Enoch as the shooter. It must have been a tough decision knowing how dangerous these situations are, especially given Enoch’s gang affiliations. It makes me wonder how these witnesses are coping now, after bravely stepping up. Their courage contributed to bringing some form of justice, albeit not fully satisfying, to CJ's family. It’s a stark reminder of the risk involved in speaking out against gang violence in communities like Oakland. If only there were more support systems in place for people who come forward in cases like these. Just hoping for peace and healing for everyone impacted by this tragedy.
