Hey everyone, I've been following the case of the missing LifeGuard helicopter with Gaye McDowell, Lance Brabham, and Cameron Carter. Something that stands out to me is the location of the debris. It was found across from the Whittier Ferry Terminal in Passage Canal. Does anyone know if there are currents or weather patterns in that area that could explain why the debris ended up there? I feel like understanding the geography a bit better might give us some clues about what might have happened. Any locals or experts here who can shed some light on this? It’s just so puzzling how no trace of them has been found beyond that.

Has anyone looked into the weather conditions around Prince William Sound on the day Gaye McDowell went missing? I remember reading reports that weather can change quickly in that area and cause serious navigation issues, even for experienced pilots. I’m just wondering if a sudden storm could have been a factor in the disappearance of the LifeGuard helicopter. It might help to piece together more of what could have happened, especially since no survivors were found. Does anyone have insights or additional info on how often weather-related incidents occur in that region?
