I’ve been following Barry Vedder’s case for a while, and I keep coming back to the area he was known to frequent – Desert Shores near the Salton Sea. That place has always intrigued me. It’s remote, and parts of it are desolate. Has anyone looked into the possibility that he got lost or ran into trouble out there? I mean, it might be a long shot, but could wildlife or the harsh environment have played a role? I wonder if there have been any thorough searches done in the more isolated parts of that region. It's maddening how little info there is on this case. Anyone have thoughts?
I've been following the case of Barry Kendal Vedder for a while, and something about his tattoos sticks with me. They seem quite distinctive, especially the crow on his neck. I wonder if they hold any particular significance? Maybe to him or even in connection to the area he was known to frequent, like Desert Shores near the Salton Sea. Sometimes, tattoos can tell a story or provide insight into someone's interests or life events. Has anyone else looked into whether his tattoos might have a deeper meaning or relate somehow to his life or disappearance? Just a thought that popped into my mind while trying to piece together what might have happened to him.
Hey everyone, just stumbled onto Barry Kendal Vedder's case while browsing old threads, and something caught my attention. It's been over a decade since he was last seen, but it seems like he's almost been forgotten.
I was wondering about Desert Shores and if anyone from the area remembers anything odd or unusual back in May 2008. Maybe a new construction project or a big social event? Sometimes it's the smallest thing that jogs someone's memory, and I'm hoping someone local might have some insights.
Also, anyone else find it intriguing how he maintained contact with his family, yet vanished without leaving a trace? I've read about people who frequent the same areas day in and day out. They get to know the ins and outs, and it makes me think if Barry might have had some spots he felt comfortable retreating to. If anyone is familiar with the geography around the Salton Sea, could there be unexplored places he might have gone unnoticed?
Looking forward to hearing thoughts or ideas from you all. Let's keep talking about Barry’s case. It's important, even all these years later.
