Just came across Dante Byrd's missing persons case and I can't help but wonder about the gap in his timeline. Dante was last seen leaving his friend's place in Stockton in the early hours of February 8th, 2009. What happened between the time he left and when he was expected to get back to Concord? Even though it was early, traffic is usually light at that time of night, so his drive should have been relatively quick. Are there any known traffic cams or gas stations along his route that might have captured footage of him or his car? It's puzzling how there seems to be such little coverage or updates over the years. Feels like this mystery could use a few more eyes and ears to stir up more info. Thoughts?

Hey everyone, just stumbled across Dante Byrd’s case and something really stood out to me—how has this not gotten more attention? It's been ages since he went missing back in 2009, and yet there seems to be so little out there about it. I did a quick search and couldn't find any recent updates or media coverage. It’s puzzling because you’d think there’d be more noise about someone missing for so long. Has anyone here ever dealt with similar cases where the media just doesn’t bite? What strategies do families typically use to try and increase awareness when it feels like they’re hitting a wall with coverage? Hoping that maybe someone with fresh eyes takes interest and helps unearth new leads. ?

Has anyone been keeping track of the updates in Dante Byrd’s case, or knows of something that might have been missed? I feel like details are sparse and rarely talked about, which is so frustrating when you think about how long it's been and how his family must be feeling. There’s got to be something more out there – could some info just be slipping under the radar? Maybe there's a detail that seemed trivial at the time that would mean more now. It's been over a decade, and I'm hoping that someone might have seen something around the Stockton area that night, or maybe knows something from that circle of friends. Has anyone done any independent digging or heard any rumors that aren't getting shared with the public? Every bit could help, right?
