Has anyone else been thinking about the role of community in these kinds of cases? I stumbled upon Adrian Posueloz's story and couldn't help but reflect on how the support from friends and neighbors during these times can make such a difference. It's clear his friends were there with him that tragic night, which makes it all the more painful to think about the trauma they must be going through. I imagine knowing how much Adrian was cherished by those around him might provide just a sliver of comfort to his loved ones left behind—though nothing can truly ease the pain of their loss. It also makes me wonder if perhaps increased community initiatives or outreach could help prevent future violence, even when victims like Adrian have no direct ties to the motives behind these crimes. Thoughts?
