Hey everyone, I've been following the Roosevelt Newton case, and something that's been on my mind is how Roosevelt's friends and family must be coping with this senseless act of violence. Losing someone in such a tragic way leaves an unimaginable void. It's comforting to know that the Long Beach Police were able to identify and charge Keonte Jones, but I can't help but think about the long-lasting impact this has on those who knew and loved Roosevelt. It must be incredibly difficult to find any semblance of peace or closure when a life is taken so suddenly and unjustly. My heart goes out to all who knew Roosevelt and are navigating through the pain of his loss. Does anyone know if there have been any memorials or community gatherings in Roosevelt's honor? It would be uplifting to hear how people are coming together to support each other during this tough time. Stay safe out there, everyone.
