I’ve been following the case of Frankie Collins closely, and something that's been on my mind lately is the way the local Citrus Heights community has rallied together since his tragic death. It's truly humbling to see how people come out of the woodwork to provide support, not just to his family, but also to each other as they navigate this difficult time. What particularly stood out to me was how neighbors who barely knew him came forward with whatever small piece of information they had. It’s as if they're piecing together a puzzle, driven by an anguished desire to help seek justice for Frankie. This just goes to show the power of a tight-knit community in moments of crisis. It's also been heartening to see community centers opening their doors for gatherings and support groups to help folks process what’s happened. If only it didn’t take such a tragedy for communities to become this cohesive, but it’s a testament to Frankie’s impact and the unwillingness to let this case fade into the background. Sending strength and empathy to all those who are helping and those who knew and loved Frankie.
