I’ve been thinking a lot about Julio Cesar Pena’s case and how crucial it is for any witness, no matter how small their piece of info might seem, to step forward. Especially someone who might have noticed the white cargo van described by the police. Wilmington is a community where everyone knows everyone, and I'm convinced someone out there knows something that could help. Julio’s family deserves answers, and you never know—what you saw driving home that night or what you heard from a friend might be the missing puzzle piece detectives need. It's scary, but coming together as a community could bring some relief to those who cared about Julio. My thoughts are with his family right now; I truly hope for some breakthrough soon.
