Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Kimberly Harvill case, and something that really struck me was the fate of her three young kids. It's incredibly upsetting to think about how they were abandoned in a motel in New Mexico after witnessing such unimaginable trauma. Being left alone like that, surely adds layers of confusion and fear to their already heartbreakingly tragic circumstances. These little ones, who should have been surrounded by love and protection, instead found themselves thrust into an utterly incomprehensible situation. It’s a reminder that the ripples of such violent acts are far-reaching, affecting victims’ families long after the crime itself. I can only hope that they’ve found some stability and support in the years since. It's reassuring to know that those responsible were apprehended quickly, but I often think about how important it is for the community to support these children as they grow up. Let's keep them and Kimberly's family in our thoughts as they continue to heal from this horrendous ordeal. Anyone have updates on how they're doing now, or ways to support victims’ families in similar situations?
