Did anyone ever dig into the hunting destinations Timothy might have been heading to that day? I’m curious if there was a specific area he always went to or if he was trying out a new place. Given that he was planning to head out in a pretty distinctive yellow Chevy Vega, it seems odd that neither he nor the car have been spotted. Maybe someone familiar with hunting in northern Wisconsin back in the '80s could shed some light on popular spots at the time. It's like he and the car just vanished into thin air! The lack of clues makes me wonder if there's a deeper story behind his disappearance.
Does anyone else find it odd that Timothy's yellow 1975 Chevrolet Vega hasn't been found? I feel like a car that distinctive would be hard to miss, especially with its bright color. You'd think it might have turned up somewhere, even after all these years. Was there a search done in the areas where he was planning to hunt? The fact that nobody spotted the vehicle makes the situation even more puzzling. If anyone has map data or news links showing where searches were conducted, I'd love to dig deeper into this geographic aspect of the case. Maybe there's something there that got overlooked or an area that hasn't been thoroughly checked.
Was anyone else struck by how no one seems to remember where Timothy planned to go hunting? Looking at the map, there's a lot of remote areas and dense forests around northern Wisconsin, perfect for hunting but also easy to get lost in. Does anyone have insights about common hunting spots back in the 1980s around Ladysmith? Maybe reaching out to local hunters who remember that era could shed some light on where he might have gone. I wonder if any of those areas have been searched thoroughly over the years. It's chilling how both Timothy and his car vanished without a trace.
