Does anyone else feel like the system is failing Sean Moore and his family? I can't imagine the pain they've endured over these years, and to see them still fighting for justice while facing continual legal delays must be beyond frustrating. It’s disturbing that someone unarmed and dealing with mental health struggles ended up in a situation that cost them their life.
I keep thinking about the implications of Officer Cha still being on the force. What message does that send about accountability within the police department? I hope with the new case review something substantial happens, but the constant delays must feel like a nightmare that never ends for Sean's loved ones. Does anyone have a sense of what the prosecution's strategy might be once the case finally proceeds? It's hard to hold onto hope when bureaucracy drags everything out, but maybe this time there will be a breakthrough. Thoughts?
Has anyone else been following the various delays in Sean Moore’s case? I can’t even begin to imagine the frustration his family must feel with each postponement. It seems like every time they’re on the brink of some resolution or closure, another roadblock appears. April 2023 marked yet another continuation, and I’m really curious how these repeated delays impact not just the family but also the public’s confidence in the justice system. This case has been drawing attention for years, particularly because it emphasizes the critical need for law enforcement reform, especially involving mental health crises. Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on the possible outcomes with the current assistant district attorney in charge. Can things move forward, or will it remain stalled indefinitely?
