On April 3, 2023, 15-year-old William Mullins IV was fatally shot at Mulga Park on Bayview Drive in Mulga, Alabama. Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of a person down at approximately 6:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Mullins deceased from a gunshot wound.
