I'm devastated by the news about little David Curiel. My heart goes out to his family in this unimaginable time. I can't help but think about the impact this has had on Erica's three-year-old daughter. She's so young, and all of this uprooting must be incredibly confusing and difficult for her. I hope her father and grandmother are providing a stable and loving environment for her while things get sorted out. This whole situation really makes me think about how fragile life can be and how the smallest mistakes can have the most profound consequences. We need to do everything we can to ensure kids are safe, especially when it comes to firearms. Sending strength and love to the entire Curiel family.
