Does anyone else find it deeply unsettling how Jorge Coria's murder still remains unsolved, given how much attention the Oxnard Police Department put on the surge of violence that year? It’s such a tragedy for his family and friends, and I imagine it must be so difficult for them to have no closure after all this time. Jorge seemed like such a kind person who genuinely cared for his community - I read he was always helping out his elderly customers as a pharmacy tech. For someone like him, who seemed to make a positive difference, to be lost to senseless violence is just unfathomable. It’s baffling that there are still no suspects or leads. I truly hope that the police, with the task force and help from agencies like the FBI, can uncover new information that leads to justice for Jorge and some peace for his loved ones. If anyone has any updates or insights on this case, I'd love to hear. Maybe this forum could help keep attention on it and push for answers.

I’ve been following the disturbing trend of violence in Oxnard and I’m still left perplexed about Jorge Coria’s case. It’s baffling that despite the task force and extra resources, his murder is still unsolved. Jorge seemed to be a really decent person—working as a pharmacy tech and always helping others, especially the elderly. I feel so sad for his family and the people who knew him; they must feel an unimaginable sense of loss. I can't wrap my head around the fact that Jorge’s murder appears unrelated to the others during that week’s terrifying spree. How is it possible that this homicide has no visible connections? Are the police pursuing all angles, or is there something they might be overlooking? I genuinely hope that more witnesses or evidence come forward soon. The community deserves answers, and Jorge deserves justice. Keeping his friends and family in my thoughts during this difficult time.
