They've organized countless vigils and community discussions over the years, trying to keep Pliant’s memory alive and pressure law enforcement for progress on the case. It’s truly touching to see how tightly knit this community is and how committed they are to honoring his life, despite the years that have passed with no resolution. It's a reminder of how important community support can be in the wake of such senseless tragedies. Does anyone know if there have been any recent efforts or initiatives focused on gun violence prevention there? I’d love to hear more about what’s being done to make neighborhoods safer.
