I’ve been following Francisco Estrada's case closely and can't stop thinking about the suspect's quick arrest. It’s somewhat reassuring to see that the Riverside County Sheriff's Department moved swiftly, but it makes me wonder about community safety overall. It’s great that justice seems to be on the horizon, but how do we get to a point where these senseless acts of violence are reduced in the first place? I hope that the attention this case gets will keep the pressure on local authorities to implement more effective safety measures. Francisco’s family deserves both justice and a safer community.
