Has anyone else been following the case of Angel Maciel? I’ve been thinking a lot about the surveillance footage that was released. It’s so eerie to see those last moments of him skateboarding, right before everything changed. It just makes you wonder about the occupants of that green Honda Accord. The detective mentioned it wasn’t a random shooting, which makes it even more chilling. Even though Angel wasn’t involved in gangs, the connection through friends seems significant. I truly hope someone comes forward with information to lead to an arrest. My heart goes out to his girlfriend Stephanie and everyone who knew him. Imagine just riding your skateboard, and then everything is taken away so cruelly. Keeping Angel and his family in my thoughts and hoping for some answers soon. If you’re in the area and know anything, please consider reaching out to the LAPD.
