Has anyone else been following the Richard Iloilo case closely? I've been thinking a lot about the impact on those who worked with him at the Golden West Casino. Being part of a tight-knit team, losing someone in such a violent way must be incredibly difficult. I can't imagine the fear and trauma his colleagues must have felt returning to work after the incident. It's easy to overlook the ripple effects of these tragedies, but the emotional aftermath is significant. Hoping they all have the support they need to heal. If anyone has any insights on how the casino supported its staff, I'd love to hear about it.
