It's hard to imagine the pain and frustration his loved ones must feel, not having any answers or justice for Ameere's loss. I know there were a lot of shootings in San Francisco that weekend, and it just seems like each incident adds another layer of sadness and urgency. I read about how there was not much in terms of witnesses or leads, which must make it even more difficult for those who knew Ameere—just feeling like they're stuck in limbo. It’s frustrating to think the case might still be open with no closure. I hope people continue to push for answers and for more measures to prevent these tragedies from happening, especially for neighborhoods like Bayview that are disproportionately affected. Ameere’s life mattered, and he deserves justice just like anyone else in this situation.
