I keep thinking about the phone call between Devaughn and his older brother, Rodrick, during those final moments. It's unimaginable how haunting that must be for Rodrick, and it makes me wish even more that justice could be served quickly in this case. Being on the phone and feeling completely helpless must be an enduring source of pain. Devaughn seemed to have such a promising future, and his loss is devastating not just for his family, but for our community as well. If anyone out there knows something, even if it seems insignificant, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Rodrick, Ernestine, and the entire family deserve closure. It's time to bring Devaughn’s shooter to justice.
