Devaughn Perkins, an 18-year-old from Menifee, California, tragically lost his life on May 26, 2018. Perkins, a recent graduate of Murrieta Mesa High School and a student at Cal State Dominguez Hills, was attending a house party when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred just after midnight in the area of Cleary Street and Michener Drive. Perkins was outside the house when a bullet struck him in the neck.
