I read about the vigils and memorials they've held, and it's clear that Mark was loved and will be missed by many. It's comforting, in a way, to see how a tragedy can bring people together and spark conversations about what's needed for a safer community. While it's devastating that Mark's life was cut short, it feels like the community is determined to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.
