Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the first responders and emergency services who arrived at the scene of the Borderline Bar & Grill shooting on that tragic night. It’s hard to even imagine what it must have been like for them, walking into such chaos with smoke bombs adding to the confusion. I've read that these brave men and women acted swiftly to save lives, treating the injured and helping those who were hiding in fear. It's such a testament to their courage and dedication. I feel like we often talk about the events themselves and the victims, but these first responders face scenes that most of us never will. They’re the ones who rush towards danger to protect and aid others during their most vulnerable moments. I sincerely hope they’re receiving the support they need after dealing with such trauma. It’s important that we take care of those who take care of us in moments of crisis. My heart goes out to Alaina's family and all those affected, including the responders who bear witness to these tragedies.
