Has anyone noticed there seems to be a missing gap in Christian Long’s timeline between the Days Inn in Corvallis and the Columbia River where his remains were found? It's been bugging me that there's no clear connection between the locations or any verified sightings. For a young guy like Christian, you’d think there'd be some kind of paper trail or social media activity unless he was intentionally staying off the grid. It's almost like he vanished into thin air until they found the remains in Washington years later. Does anyone else think there might be unreported sightings or happenings between Corvallis and where he was found that could help us understand his movements better?
I can't stop thinking about that last text Christian sent to his dad back in 2016. Staying at a Days Inn and then planning to head to Eugene... it makes me wonder if anyone from the motel remembers seeing him or if there's any surveillance footage from that day. I'd imagine the police must have looked into it, but motel records don't always tell the whole story. Sometimes small details from someone who just happened to be there might help. Has anyone heard if the police found anything from the motel about his whereabouts that day? Or is there anyone here from Corvallis or Eugene who remembers seeing something that might have seemed unimportant back then?
Has anyone else wondered why Christian Long's remains were found all the way in Cowlitz County, Washington? That's quite a distance from where he planned to go, considering his last known location was Corvallis and he was supposedly heading to Eugene. Seems odd he ended up in such a remote area by the Columbia River, doesn't it? Was there any indication that he knew people in Washington, or could it suggest he might have been moving around more than what was initially thought? I can't help but think there might be a link between where he was found and what might have happened during those missing years. It’s been several years, and I hope anyone with information steps up, as it might help his family find some answers.
