Hey everyone, I'm still trying to wrap my head around the circumstances of Carlos Nunez's murder. One detail that really sticks out to me is the role of Mendoza's girlfriend in the aftermath. It must have been incredibly difficult for her to witness Mendoza come home in such a distressed state, knowing something terrible had happened. I can't imagine the turmoil and conflict she must have felt, caught between loyalty and the horror of the crime. It's often the people left behind who face unimaginable dilemmas, dealing with the aftermath of decisions they didn't even make. My heart goes out to her as well as Carlos's family. None of this should have happened over something as senseless as a stolen bicycle. This entire situation is just so tragic and complex.
