I've been following the tragic case of Maurice Dwayne Cooper II, and I'm feeling a lot for his family and loved ones right now. This kind of violence is tearing communities apart. I'm particularly concerned about the lack of witness cooperation in this case. It's disheartening to think that fear and intimidation could be causing people to stay silent. We can’t let these crimes go unsolved while families are left without closure. If you have any information, no matter how small it seems, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Maurice deserves justice, and every bit of information could help. Let's bring peace to his family and a sense of security back to East Oakland.
