Does anyone else feel like the LAPD could use some innovative strategies to get the community more involved in these cases? I’m not saying they’re not trying, but sometimes it feels like we’re not using all the tools at our disposal to encourage people to come forward with info. Maybe more public meetings or outreach in high-traffic community areas could help? My heart goes out to Albert Toliver’s family. It’s so hard to imagine not having closure after such a senseless tragedy. If anyone in the area saw anything, even the smallest detail could be helpful to the investigation. Sometimes it's just one small piece of the puzzle that can make a world of difference. Let’s hope for some positive developments soon for the sake of Albert's loved ones.
